(she/her/hers) is a current fourth-year student and Stephen Joel Trachtenberg Scholarship recipient at The George Washington University of Washington, DC. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in The Elliott School of International Affairs concentrating in International Development with six years of Mandarin-Chinese language learning experience. In addition to Lorrin’s academic pursuits, she has obtained experience as a Brand Associate working in the retail industry and experience as a Concierge working in the real estate industry. As a strong scholar and professional, Lorrin has gained Analytical, Critical-Thinking, Resilience, Responsibility, and Reflection skills, as well as Sales, Communication, Networking, Leadership, and Marketing skills. While Lorrin has hobbies such as acting and singing, and the ability to make people laugh, her future career aspirations are to become a Foreign Affairs Consultant and ultimately, a Foreign Service Officer.
